3D Printing Technologies
Here at Parts by Geci we use a range of 3D printing techniques and technologies to produce products which are engineered to last and fit for purpose. Our in-house capabilities utilise proven and trusted Bambu Lab 3D printers. Our reliable workhorses are a range of P1S machines, and for larger more demanding products we use our H2S.

Some products were never designed to be 3D printed such as when replicating OEM injection moulded parts. For these we will turn to SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) or MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) 3D printing technologies when our in-house capacities aren't up to the task. These techniques use powdered plastics to produce parts which are uniformly strong in all directions. This allows us to produce parts with intricate fine details such as small clips with an excellent surface finish.
We are also experienced in metal 3D printing, a technique referred to as SLM or Selective Laser Melting. With it, we can produce parts from stainless steel, aluminium, or even titanium! This is perfect for parts such as engine components, badges, manifolds, and more.
