Subarino x Parts by Geci
Parts by Geci and Subarino Auto teamed up back in 2024 to make some new stuff for the much-loved Subaru Brumby. It all kicked off after Dave from Subarino appeared on Mighty Car Mods to help out with their Brumby build for Subaru Australia. The videos are below if you haven't seen them.
For the build, Myles from Flux3D designed a custom double DIN stereo fascia to bring the Brumby into the 21st century. Dave liked it enough to purchase the design from Myles, and that's where I got involved. Subarino needed someone to help turn the idea into a proper product.
Over the next 18 months we completely redesigned the fascia from the ground up. There were plenty of prototypes and a few suppliers that didn't work out, so in the end I worked out a way to produce them in-house. It was a blessing in disguise - the finished product came out better than either of us expected and pushed the limits of what I thought I could make in my own workshop.

That relationship has kept growing, and Subarino is now the only third-party supplier of Parts by Geci products. Dave is a well-known name in the old-school Subaru world, so it's pretty cool to have Parts by Geci products on the Subarino shelves.
