Parts by Geci

Order Processing

Many Parts by Geci items are made to order.

Because our parts are 3D printed in-house:

  • Production times vary depending on part size, complexity, and current order volume

  • Some items may take multiple days to print before they are ready to dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched once production and quality checks are complete

During busy periods or sales events, production and dispatch times may be longer than usual.

Custom orders and special requests are job-dependent and may have longer production times. Estimated timeframes will be provided when confirming custom work.

Shipping Locations

We ship from South Australia to Australia and worldwide.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150 AUD

  • Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking, both within Australia and internationally.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and depend on:

  • Production time

  • Shipping carrier

  • Destination

  • Customs processing for international orders

International delivery times may be affected by customs delays, which are outside our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, Parts by Geci is not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels where required.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Parts by Geci is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging enquiries with the carrier where possible.
